Notebooks

This is where the collaboration lives. Each entry follows a real decision from my own kitchen: what prompted it, what shaped it, and how thinking it through with AI changed what I saw and what ended up on the plate. Some entries are tidy. Some are still unresolved. All of them are part of learning to cook with a better thinking partner beside me.

Everyday Limits

It's Tuesday. You're tired. There's chicken in the fridge and not much else. You're not sure that counts as cooking, but it does. These entries start exactly there: in the ordinary limits of real life. They show how working inside those limits, with AI as a thinking partner, often produces the most interesting decisions. Boundaries have a way of sharpening creativity.

Taste & Reflection

Some meals need a second look. These entries return to the table after the fact: what actually worked, what fell short, and what I'm taking into the next attempt. AI occasionally joins as a sounding board, helping me see patterns I might have talked myself out of noticing.

My Version

I've made this dish before, or seen it somewhere, or eaten it once and never forgot it. This version is mine: shaped by what I had, what I was in the mood for, and what I was trying to say with it. AI helped surface the tradeoffs along the way, but the final call was mine.

Decision Notes

Every dish involves more choices than it looks like from the outside. These entries slow that down and make it visible: what the options were, what got ruled out, and what finally tipped the scale. AI helped clarify the variables. I made the call.
